Q: What is BEETOX by Bee?

A: BeeTox by Bee is a detoxification program designed to help you cleanse your body and mind. It consists of a range of activities and products that are designed to help you naturally detoxify your body and release stagnant energy from your system. The program consists of eating a specific diet, drinking juices, herbal protocols, and a specific daily regimen.

Q: What does the word "BeeTox" mean?

A: BeeTox is used in lieu of "detox. The word incorporates my name, Bee and for BeeTox by Bee, LLC, it means the same as detox and can be used interchangeably. 

Q: How do I know if a BeeTox Life Cleanse is right for me?

A: You may schedule an Initial Consultation here and you will be sent a Lifestyle form to complete. Make sure to create an online account first. 


Q: What should I do once I receive my BeeTox by Bee Life Cleanse Program?

A: Once you receive your customized BeeTox, read through the entire document to get the most out of your BeeTox. You should find any instructions there. If you have questions after reading your BeeTox please email

Q: How long does it take to start the BeeTox cleanse?

A: If you've purchased a BeeTox Life Cleanse without the BeeTox Box, then you will be able to start right away. If you've purchased a BeeTox Life Cleanse with a BeeTox Box, then you may start once all of your items are received in the mail. You will have a checklist to keep track of delivered purchases.


Q: Should I select the BeeTox Life Cleanse Program with or without the BeeTox Box?

A: This is completely up to you. You don't need herbs and regimens. They just help your detoxification process along and at a faster pace. The BeeTox Programs are written in a way to incorporate the standard herbs and regimen items. If you do not purchase the BeeTox Box you will need to adjust. 

Q: What if I change my mind and want to purchase the items from the Beetox Box separately? Can I do this?

A: Yes, of course! You may purchase additional items at any time. If you want to purchase a few needed items from the site, I encourage you to do so. However, if you want to purchase every item from the BeeTox Box that matches your corresponding BeeTox Life Cleanse Program, I suggest you doing that during your initial purchase. When purchasing the BeeTox Box with your BeeTox Life Cleanse at the beginning, the items are heavily discounted. If you decide to do a Life Cleanse Program, we can discuss this in your Initial Consultation. The final choice is yours. 


Q: Will I be able to purchase the heavily discounted BeeTox Box after I have purchased my BeeTox Program or after I have started my BeeTox Program without purchasing the included BeeTox Box?

A: No. I suggest that if you purchase a BeeTox Life Cleanse, that you purchase it with the included BeeTox Box so that you can benefit from the Program in its full capacity. Since purchasing together, the items are heavily discounted, that option to purchase after the fact will not be available.


Q: Why are the Beetox Life Cleanse Programs so expensive?

A: At BeeTox by Bee, we try to have upfront costs and to make your experience as feasible as possible. For the BeeTox Life Cleanse Programs without the BeeTox Box, you are paying $75/ week for the purchase of the Program and Weekly one-on-one Coaching Calls with a certified Detoxification Specialist.   For the BeeTox Life Cleanse Programs with the BeeTox Box, you are paying $75/ week for the purchase of the Program and Weekly one-on-one Coaching Calls with a certified Detoxification Specialist, and then the rest of your payment is to purchase the items needed for your BeeTox Box.   

Q: How long will I have access to my BeeTox Life Cleanse Program?

A: You’ll have access to each course for three years from your start date if the course is still available on this platform. 


Q: If I make a purchase from could I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately, due to the immediate access to digital products, all sales are final and nonrefundable.
Due to any items being sold on the website being catered to our digital products, all sales are final and nonrefundable.  
If there is any issue with your order (i.e. download link not working properly, order confirmation email with links not received) please email No returns or exchanges on any items unless the items are received damaged. 

Please double-check your entire order upon arrival. No product claims will be respected unless made within 7 days of receipt of goods.  If your order has been damaged or appears to have been opened during shipping, please keep it in the original packaging and notify us immediately. Also, take photos. All returns must have prior authorization from a BeeTox by Bee Staff Member.  We accept unopened tincture and glycerin formulas ONLY, within 7 days of receipt of goods.  We gladly accept unopened returns/exchanges due to our error (bottle seals MUST be intact).  Any returns not due to our error are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and must ship items via USPS. Appropriate address will be given after return is approved.

Loose Teas, Powder Blends, Salves, Capsulated Formulas, Sale Items, Educational Materials, Online Programs, and digital products cannot be returned. No exceptions. 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: On average, the physical items from your order can vary because the items are being shipped from multiple companies. If you have not received a part of your order after two weeks, please contact Please include your name, order number and item(s) that you have not received.

Q: How will I receive my order?

A: Digital files are sent as PDFs via downloadable links with your order confirmation on the website and/or via email with a downloadable link or attached PDF file.

A: Physical items should be received no later than two weeks.

A: BeeTox Life Cleanse Program with the BeeTox Box and Coaching Call access will be granted when your items begin to ship. 

A: BeeTox Life Cleanse Program without the BeeTox Box and Coaching Call access will be granted within 1-2 days.

Q: Items that I did not order were added to my order after my purchase, what is this?

A: When purchasing a Cleanse with a BeeTox Box, this is so we can input multiple tracking numbers and shipping confirmations. You haven't and won't be charged anything extra. The multi-option tracking option isn't available on our platform for one purchased item (Beetox), so we had to get creative!


Q: How will I schedule my Coaching Call?

A: You may schedule your Weekly Coaching Call here. Each week, you will have your Coaching Call via WhatsApp Audio Call. If you do not have WhatApp, please download the application to your device. This is the current method for Coaching Calls. In the future, we may explore other options for connecting.
