Q: What is BEETOX by Bee?

A: BeeTox by Bee is a detoxification program designed to help you cleanse your body and mind. It consists of a range of activities and products that are designed to help you naturally detoxify your body and release stagnant energy from your system. The program consists of eating a specific diet, drinking juices, herbal protocols, and a specific daily regimen.

Q: What does the word "BeeTox" mean?

A: BeeTox is used in lieu of "detox”. For BeeTox by Bee, LLC, it means the same as detox or detoxification and can be used interchangeably.

Q: How do I know if a BeeTox Life Cleanse is right for me?

A:  You may fill out a Lifestyle Form here and after filling out this form schedule an Initial Consultation here. Make sure to create an online account first.

Q: What are the steps that I need to take to do a BeeTox by Bee Life Cleanse?

A: 1. Fill out a Lifestyle Form

     2. Schedule and pay for an Initial Consultation

     3. Purchase your BeeTox by Bee Life Cleanse 

     4. Wait for your BeeTox to be put together

     5. Wait for your BeeTox Box physical items to be sent to your Mailing Address

     6. Receive your BeeTox and BeeTox Box items.

     7. Pick a start date.

     8. START!

A: If ordering any physical items from the site you may do this without any additional steps. 

 

Q: What should I do once I receive my BeeTox by Bee Life Cleanse Program?

A: Once you receive your customized BeeTox, read through the entire document to get the most out of your BeeTox. You should find any instructions there. If you have questions after reading your BeeTox please email beetoxbybee@gmail.com.

Q: How long does it take to start the BeeTox cleanse?

A: After purchasing a BeeTox Life Cleanse, your items will be ordered and sent to you. Your plan or course will be made available to you before your all of your items are delivered.  Your Herbal Botanicals are physical products. The actual BeeTox is digital format.  You may pick any start date that works for you. You may start once all of your items are received in the mail. You will have a checklist to keep track of delivered purchases.

 

Q: Should I select the Capsules, Tinctures, or Teas option for my BeeTox Life Cleanse Program?

A: This is completely up to you. The BeeTox Programs are written in a way to incorporate the standard herbs and regimen items. You may select the option that suits your lifestyle. You may discuss pros and cons during your Initial Consultation.  Some items will not be available in your preference option. A substitution will be automatically made for you.

Q: Can I purchase additional herbs and teas to use during my BeeTox?

A: Yes, of course! You may purchase additional items at any time. If you want to purchase a few needed items from the site, I encourage you to do so. It never hurts to have these items on standby. During your consultation, we may discuss suggestions for additional herbal blends. This is optional and you may purchase these on your own to use at your convenience.

 

Q: Do I have to use the provided Herbal products?

A: No. I suggest that if you purchase a BeeTox Life Cleanse, that you use the included items so that you can benefit from the Program in its full capacity. You are able to make your own choices during this journey and if you want to use your own herbal products you may do so. However, the purchase of the Program and the BeeTox Box will not be separated by item or price if you chose to do so.

 

Q: What is included with the Beetox Life Cleanse Programs?

A: 

-An online course format for your BeeTox Life Cleanse.

-You get a one of a kind intense detox to assist with jumpstarting your journey.

-Once your BeeTox Life Cleanse is purchased, the necessary items will be sent to your mailing address.

-Checklist to keep track of your items

-One to two weekly one-on-one Coaching Calls with your certified Detoxification Specialist. 

-Weekly Reflections to track your progress and goals

-The option to select Capsules, Tinctures, or Teas for your main Herbal Botanicals during your BeeTox. 

-Your own BeeTox Box ordered for you. 

-You don't have to worry about ordering items from different sites or the confusion of getting everything together. All of that will be done for you and sent directly to your address! 

-A wealth of knowledge

-Detoxification knowledge that can be used again and again.

Q: I have already completed a BeeTox by Bee Life Cleanse. How do I go about doing another one?

Q: How long will I have access to my BeeTox Life Cleanse Program?

A: You’ll have access to each course for three years from your start date if the course is still available on this platform.

Q: If I make a purchase from BeeToxbyBee.com could I get a refund?
A:

-Unfortunately, due to the digital products, all sales are final and nonrefundable.

-Unfortunately, due to any items being purchased with your BeeTox Life Cleanse is considered a part of the digital package and are not refundable.
-Unfortunately, due to the time sensitivity of items being sold on the website, all sales are final and nonrefundable.  
If there is any issue with your order (i.e. download link not working properly, order confirmation email with links not received, products not received, items received damaged) please email beetoxbybee@gmail.com.

For Dr. Morse's items only: Please double-check your entire order upon arrival. No product claims will be respected unless made within 7 days of receipt of goods.  If your order has been damaged or appears to have been opened during shipping, please keep it in the original packaging and notify us immediately. Also, take photos. All returns must have prior authorization from a BeeTox by Bee Staff Member.  We accept unopened tincture and glycerin formulas ONLY, within 7 days of receipt of goods.  We gladly accept unopened returns/exchanges due to our error (bottle seals MUST be intact).  Any returns not due to our error are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and must ship items via USPS. A return Shipping Label will be made available if the return is approved.

Loose Teas, Powder Blends, Salves, Capsulated Formulas, Sale Items, Educational Materials, Online Programs, and digital products cannot be returned. No exceptions.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: On average, the physical items from your order can vary because the items are being shipped from multiple companies. If you have not received your complete order after two weeks, please contact beetoxbybee@gmail.com for an update. Please include your name, order number and item(s) that you have not received.

A: Once a BeeTox is purchased, it will take up to 2 weeks to complete your BeeTox by Bee Life Cleanse.

A: Your BeeTox (actual detox) will be put together first, then your items (Needed to complete your BeeTox) will be ordered and mailed to you.

Q: How will I receive my order?

A: Digital files are sent as PDFs via downloadable links with your order confirmation on the website and/or via email with a downloadable link or attached PDF file.

A: Physical items will be sent by mail.

A: Courses will be granted online access.

A: BeeTox Life Cleanse Program with the BeeTox Box and Coaching Call access will be granted when your items begin to ship.

Q: How will I schedule my Coaching Call?

A: You may schedule your Weekly Coaching Call here. Each week, you will have your Coaching Call via WhatsApp Audio Call. If you do not have WhatsApp, please download the application to your device. This is the current method for Coaching Calls. In the future, we may explore other options for connecting.
